Job Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Accounting Practices, Management Accounting Practices and Financial Analysis & Evaluation.
• Awareness of International regulations, accounting standards, Accounting policies & procedures.
• Good Communication & Negotiation skills (oral and written) including within and outside the organization at senior levels.
• Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantages.

Educational Requirements

• Preferably Hon's/Master's/BBA major in Accounting with at least one year's on hand experience.

Familiar with PMBOK, Agile and Lean software development.

Having project management certification or training on PMP/ PMI-ACP/CSM/Prince2 will get preference.

Experience in managing large-scale, aggressive, and dynamic technical projects, with competing resources and priorities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Clear focus under pressure.

Expertise on tools like Microsoft Project /Red mine /JIRA

Familiar with CMMI for development v 1.3 model and process driven development.

Familiar with statistical analysis tools like SigmaXL, Crystal ball etc will get preference.

Knowledge of related software tools.

High level knowledge on ‘Internet of Things (IoT)’, ‘Machine Learning (ML)’, ‘Blockchain’ and ‘Data Analytics
